Accepting applications for the 2025 Holiday Market!

As our regular season winds down, we’re gearing up for our annual Holiday Market — a 5-week opportunity to offer seasonal décor, handmade gifts, winter produce, baked goods, and other holiday-ready items. The same application form and vendor guidelines apply.

There is no cost to apply or participate. Vendors are approved based on product quality and fit with our market — we are a merit-based, juried market, not a pay-to-play market.

Important Distinctions for the Holiday Market

  • Market Hours: Holiday Market hours are 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Set-up begins one hour later than regular season to accommodate colder mornings.

  • Attendance: Vendors may choose which dates to participate in.
However, vendors are expected to attend all dates they commit to.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • New vendors without a prior vending history at our market: A no-show without a valid emergency will result in immediate removal from the Holiday Market schedule and may affect future approval.

    • Returning vendors: Repeated no-shows will impact eligibility for future seasons.

  • Holiday & Gift Focus: Items suitable for gifting, decorating, or seasonal celebrations are especially encouraged.

  • Outdoor Market: The Holiday Market is held outdoors. Please prepare for winter weather (tents, sides, weights, warm layers, etc.).

  • Communication: Clear communication is essential. If an emergency arises that affects your attendance, notify the Market Manager as soon as possible.

The Holiday Market takes place on November 21st & 28th and December 5th, 12th, & 19th.
