Fishing at Deep Creek

About:

Deep Creek is one of the most pristine creeks in the Bryson City area. It is located within the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and famous for its brown trout population. Fishing for rainbow trout is best in the lower reaches and Southern Appalachian strain brook trout in the highest elevations. The Deep Creek Trail runs alongside the creek with great access to the water.
